摘要
随着经济快速发展,我国城市生活垃圾产生量呈不断增长的趋势,在区域层面上制定因地制宜的固废管理和控制策略对我国城市环境卫生发展尤为重要。选取长三角典型城市苏州、上海、南京市,基于STIRPAT模型探讨了影响城市生活垃圾产生量的驱动因子(总人口、城市化率、人均收入水平、人均消费支出、第三产业比重)。结果表明:①城市化水平的发展是生活垃圾产生的主要影响因素,弹性系数达到1.72,即城市化规模扩大1%,生活垃圾产生量将增加1.72%;②人口规模的增长对城市生活垃圾的产生影响较大,其弹性系数为0.75,即人口数量增长1%,生活垃圾产生量将增加0.75%;③高收入和高消费群体的生活方式将产生更多的城市生活垃圾,且第三产业的迅速发展将为城市带来更多的生活垃圾。为此,建议合理规划和扩张城市规模,控制超大型城市人口规模,培养居民源头减量意识,引导绿色消费观念,推动长三角城市群的绿色可持续发展。
With the rapid development of urban economy,municipal solid waste(MSW)has the increasing trend in China.In order to protect our living eco-environment,it is important to study the influential factors of MSW for making suitable strategy of solid waste control and reduction.Taking Suzhou city,Shanghai city and Nanjing city in the Yangtze River Delta as an example,this study explored the influential factors of MSW by using STIRPAT model.Population,urbanization level,income level per capita,consumption expenditure per capita and tertiary industry GDP proportion were selected as the driving factors.The results show that:urbanization level is the main driving factor on MSW,which means that 1%growing of urbanization level will cause a corresponding occurrence of 1.72%growing in MSW;Population also makes great contribution to MSW,which means that 1%growing of population will cause a corresponding occurrence of 0.75%growing in MSW;People with high-income and high-consumption level will cause more MSW,and the rapid development of tertiary industry GDP will also cause more MSW.Therefore,it is essential to make a better plan and population control in a megacity for urban sustainable development especially in the Yangtze River Delta.Meanwhile,cultivating residential source reduction consciousness and guiding green consumption behavior are also beneficial for MSW reduction.
