摘要
中药雷公藤广泛应用于类风湿性关节炎、肾小球肾炎红斑狼疮等自身免疫性疾病及各种皮肤病,但其有效剂量及中毒剂量相近给临床安全用药造成了极大的障碍,文章就雷公藤的传统炮制方法、现代炮制方法以及配伍用药来减轻雷公藤毒性的实验研究进行归类分析与综述,来对雷公藤在临床上的安全用药提供参考。
The toxic Chinese medicine Leigongteng is widely used in autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and glomerulonephritis and various skin diseases.But its effective dose is similar to the poisoning dose,which has caused great obstacles to clinical safety medication.The article summarizes and analyzes the experimental research on the traditional processing methods of Leigongteng,modern processing methods and compatibility to alleviate the toxicity of Leigongteng,to provide reference for the safe use of Leigongteng in clinical practice.
