摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径对提高噪声作业人员护理服务质量的效果。方法随机选取2019年3月至2019年9月我院进行健康体检的噪声环境作业听力异常人员60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施临床护理路径干预,对比两组护理质量及护理满意度。结果观察组基础护理、专科护理、技能护理及消毒护理得分均高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对噪声作业人员护理服务中实施临床护理路径,可明显提高护理质量,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on improving the quality of nursing service for noise workers.Methods Randomly selected from March 2019 to September 2019 our hospital for physical examination of environmental noise hearing abnormal personnel sixty cases,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group:routine nursing intervention.Observation group:clinical nursing path intervention.Compared two groups of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in both groups.Results The scores of basic nursing,specialized nursing,skill nursing and disinfection nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the clinical nursing path in the nursing service of noise workers can significantly improve the quality of nursing,improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction.
