摘要
目的探讨中药制剂涂擦护理干预在会阴切开缝合术后的应用效果。方法纳入2016年12月—2018年12月产科经阴道分娩且行会阴切开缝合术的50例初产妇进行研究,依据随机对照原则分为每组25例。对照组采取碘伏消毒护理,观察组采取中药制剂涂擦护理。比较2组产妇术后疼痛评分、住院时间、医疗费用、切口愈合情况以及并发症情况。结果观察组术后疼痛评分、住院时间及医疗费用均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后切口甲级愈合率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论会阴切开缝合术后实施中药制剂涂擦护理能够减轻产妇疼痛感,促进切口愈合,提高愈合质量,减少并发症发生,值得临床推荐。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparation application nursing intervention after perineal incision and suture.Methods A total of 50 primipara patients who underwent transvaginal delivery and perineal incision and suture from December 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given iodophor disinfection nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine preparation smearing nursing.Postoperative pain score,hospital stay,medical expenses,wound healing and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score,hospitalization time and medical expenses of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).The healing rate of the first grade incision in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine preparation after perineal incision and suture can alleviate maternal pain,promote wound healing,improve healing quality and reduce complications,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
