摘要
目的探析乳腺癌改良根治术同期(术后即刻)背阔肌皮瓣乳房重建与传统改良根治术的临床效果。方法选择辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院2018年2月至2019年1月期间收治的54例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字分组法分成对照组与试验组(每组27例)。对照组患者接受乳腺癌传统改良根治术治疗,试验组患者则需接受乳腺癌改良根治术后即刻背阔肌皮瓣乳房重建手术治疗。对两组患者的并发症发生情况以及接受治疗前后的生活质量、自我效能感进行观察。结果试验组患者出现并发症的情况少于对照组,且接受治疗后的生活质量、自我效能感评分明显高于对照组,相关数据对比后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术同期(术后即刻)背阔肌皮瓣乳房重建的临床效果优于传统改良根治术,且并发症少(即安全性高),建议在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of simultaneous(immediately after operation)latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap breast reconstruction and traditional modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods 54 patients with breast cancer admitted to Tiemei General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number grouping method,the research subjects were divided into the control group and the experimental group(27 cases in each group).The control group received traditional modified radical mastectomy,and the experimental group received modified radical mastectomy combined with simultaneous breast reconstruction with latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flaps.The complications,the quality of life and self-efficacy before and after treatment were observed between the two groups.Results The complications in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life and self-efficacy in the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the relevant data after comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of simultaneous modified radical mastectomy with latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flaps is better than that of traditional modified radical mastectomy,and the adverse reactions are less(high safety).It is suggested that the modified radical mastectomy should be popularized and applied in clinic.
