摘要
目的分析彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的应用价值。方法选取2016年3月至2018年7月我院收治的90例怀疑为DVT患者,所有患者均采用彩色多普勒超声诊断分析血栓情况。结果83例患者诊断为DVT,其中急性血栓49例,亚急性血栓27例,慢性血栓7例;左侧48例,右侧35例,无双下肢受累。血栓发生在髂静脉3例,股静脉30例,腘静脉21例,小腿深静脉15例,下肢深静脉(股静脉和腘静脉)14例。结论彩色多普勒超声可清晰显示DVT的具体情况,具有确切的临床诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremities.Methods Ninety patients suspected to be DVT admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to July 2018 were selected.All patients were diagnosed and analyzed with color Doppler ultrasound.Results DVT was diagnosed in 83 patients.There were 49 cases of acute thrombosis,27 cases of subacute thrombosis and 7 cases of chronic thrombosis.,48 cases on the left side and 35 cases on the right side.Thrombosis occurred in iliac vein(3 cases),femoral vein(30 cases),popliteal vein(21 cases),lower leg vein(15 cases),and lower limb deep vein(femoral vein and popliteal vein)(14 cases).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly display the specific situation of DVT,and has the exact clinical diagnostic value.
