摘要
目的探讨手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的彩色多普勒超声诊断及其应用价值。方法选取我院在2019年10月~2020年10月收治的下肢深静脉血栓患者95例作为观察组,95例健康人作为对照组。对全部研究对象进行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察两组的血管内径、血流速度。结果彩超检测结果显示,观察组DVT患者的POV、CFV、SFV的血流速度分别为:(7.28±1.02)cm/s、(5.52±1.81)cm/s、(9.24±2.31)cm/s,明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组DVT患者的SFV、CFV、MGV、PTV的内径分别为:(9.28±1.03)m m、(11.22±1.25)m m、(4.42±0.51)m m、(3.25±0.23)m m,明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组95例患者诊断准确率高达97.89%。结论彩色多普勒超声能准确显示血管内的血流信号以及异常的血管特征,具有较高的准确度和应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography in postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods A total of 95 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 95 healthy subjects as the control group.All the subjects were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography,and the vascular inner diameter and blood flow velocity of the two groups were observed.Results Color Doppler ultrasonography showed that the blood flow velocity of POV,SFV and SFV in DVT patients in the observation group were(7.28±1.02)cm/s,(5.52±1.81)cm/s and(9.24±2.31)cm/s,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inner diameters of SFV,CFV,MGV and PTV in the observation group were(9.28±1.03)mm,(11.22±1.25)mm,(4.42±0.51)mm and(3.25±0.23)mm,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of 95 patients in the observation group was 97.89%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography can accurately display the blood flow signal and abnormal vascular features.It has high accuracy and application value,and is worth popularizing.
