摘要
目的探讨库存去白细胞悬浮红细胞在不同保存时间下,对其血液指标变化的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2020年4月这一时间段来实施研究,研究样本从医院库存去白细胞悬浮红细胞制品中抽取,共抽取80袋,分别在去白细胞悬浮红细胞保存0、7、14、21、28、35 d后,对悬浮红细胞的血液指标进行有效检测。结果血液样本中MCV、Hct、WBC、Hb、RBC及ATP在不同保存时间下的数值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);血液样本中Cl^-、Na^+、pH、葡萄糖及2,3-DPG随保存时间的延长而下降,K^+、FHb与EMP随保存时间的延长而上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论库存去白细胞悬浮红细胞在不同保存时间下,其电解质、葡萄糖及2,3-DPG、FHb及EMP指标会出现一定变化。
Objective To study the effect of different storage time on the changes of blood indexes of the stock of red blood cells.Methods From February 2020 to April 2020,80 bags of research samples were collected from the hospital inventory,and the blood indexes of the suspended red blood cells were effectively tested after 0,7,14,21,28 and 35 days of preservation.Results The values of MCV,HCT,WBC,Hb,RBC and ATP in blood samples were not statistically significant(P>0.05),Cl^-,Na^+,pH,glucose and 2,3-DPG decreased with the increase of storage time,K^+,FHB and EMP increased with the increase of storage time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The electrolyte,glucose,2,3-DPG,FHB and EMP of the red blood cells in different storage time will change.
