摘要
目的:探究对重症急性胰腺炎合并感染患者进行早期肠内营养护理的效果。方法:将2017年8月至2019年8月期间盐城市第一人民医院收治的48例重症急性胰腺炎合并感染患者作为研究对象。将这些研究对象随机平均分为常规治护组和加用肠内营养治护组。对两组患者均实施常规治护。在此基础上,对加用肠内营养治护组患者实施早期肠内营养护理。然后,比较两组患者治护后肛门排气的时间、治护后肠鸣音恢复的时间、住院的时间、血蛋白的水平、血清蛋白的水平、感染率、并发症的发生率及死亡率。结果:加用肠内营养治护组患者治护后肛门排气的时间、治护后肠鸣音恢复的时间及住院的时间均短于常规治护组患者,P<0.05。治护前,两组患者血蛋白的水平及血清蛋白的水平相比,P>0.05。治护后,加用肠内营养治护组患者血蛋白的水平及血清蛋白的水平均高于常规治护组患者,其感染率、并发症的发生率及死亡率均低于常规治护组患者,P<0.05。结论:对重症胰腺炎合并感染患者进行早期肠内营养护理的效果显著,可改善其营养状况,降低其感染率、并发症的发生率及死亡率,促进其康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition nursing for patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with infection.Methods:48 patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with infection admitted to Yancheng First People’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were studied.The subjects were randomly divided into conventional and enteral nutrition treatment and care groups.Routine nursing care was carried out for both groups.On this basis,early enteral nutrition nursing care was carried out for the patients in the treatment and care group with enteral nutrition.Then,the time of anal exhaust,the time of bowel sound recovery,the time of hospitalization,blood protein level,serum protein level,infection rate,incidence of complications and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of anal exhaust,the time of bowel sound recovery and the time of hospitalization in the treatment and care group were shorter than those in the conventional treatment and care group(P<0.05).Before treatment and care,the blood protein level and serum protein level of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the blood protein level and serum protein level of patients in the enteral nutrition treatment and care group were higher than those in the conventional treatment and care group,and the infection rate,incidence of complications and mortality were lower than those in the conventional treatment and care group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition nursing for patients with severe pancreatitis complicated with infection has a significant effect,which can improve their nutritional status,reduce the incidence of infection,complications and mortality,and promote their rehabilitation.
