摘要
目的:探讨术后早期肠内营养支持对消化道恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选择我科收治的消化道恶性肿瘤患者48例,随机分为2组,观察组术后予肠内营养、对照组予肠外营养支持治疗,比较两组术前及治疗1周后免疫功能指标水平,并观察术后感染并发症情况。结果:术前两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)及免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)水平相比较无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后对照组上述指标均无明显改变(P>0.05),观察组均有明显改善(P<0.05),并且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术后早期肠内营养支持可以明显改善消化道恶性肿瘤患者的免疫功能,降低感染并发症的发生率。
Objective: To study the effects of early enteral nutrition on immunologic function after operation in patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Method: 48 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.We gave them nutrition support with EN and PN.And then observed and compared the immune function before and after the treatment,and the rate of infection after surgery.Result: There were no significant difference in T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+ / CD8+) and immunoglobulin(IgG,IgM,IgA) levels between the two groups before operation(P 0.05);After treatment the levels of them in the control group had no significant change(P 0.05),but in the observation group were significantly improved(P 0.05),and that compared with the control group there was a significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition can improve the immunologic function after operation in patients with gastrointestinal cancer,and can decrease the infection rate.
