摘要
药品不良反应(ADR)是指患者在按照规定剂量正常应用药品的过程中出现的与用药目的无关的有害反应。ADR报告的质量可直接影响ADR监测工作的质量。ADR报告质量评估体系是指评估ADR报告质量的一种药品管理体系。本文主要是探讨构建ADR报告质量评估体系的方法及ADR报告质量评估体系的应用,以便为临床合理用药提供参考。
Adverse drug reaction(ADR)refers to the adverse drug reaction that occurs during the normal application of a drug at a prescribed dose and is unrelated to the purpose of the drug.The quality of ADR report can directly affect the quality of ADR monitoring.ADR report quality assessment system is a kind of drug management system that evaluates the QUALITY of ADR report.This paper mainly discusses the method of constructing ADR report quality assessment system and the application of ADR report quality assessment system,so as to p rovide reference for clinical rational drug use.
