摘要
目的:探讨用左旋咪唑联合维生素B12对复发性口腔溃疡患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月期间秦皇岛市第四医院收治的120例复发性口腔溃疡患者为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组。单纯应用左旋咪唑对对照组患者进行治疗,应用左旋咪唑联合维生素B12对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗30 d后,对比两组患者溃疡面愈合的时间、疼痛的程度及生活质量的改善情况。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者溃疡面愈合的时间较短,其VAS评分较低,其QOL-74各维度的评分均较高,P<0.05。结论:应用左旋咪唑联合维生素B12对复发性口腔溃疡患者进行治疗可显著缩短其溃疡面愈合的时间,减轻其疼痛的程度,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of levamisole combined with vitamin B12 in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:120 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were selected from Qinhuangdao Fourth Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with levamisole alone,while the observation group was treated with levamisole combined with vitamin B12.After 30 days of treatment,the time of ulcer healing,pain degree and improvement of life quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had a shorter healing time of ulcer surface,a lower VAS score,and a higher QOL-74 score in all dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levamisole combined with vitamin B12 can significantly shorten the healing time of recurrent oral u lcer,reduce the pain and improve the quality of life.
