艾舍尔软胶囊增强小鼠免疫力的实验研究 被引量:30

摘要 目的探讨艾舍尔软胶囊对免疫系统的影响及其增强免疫力的作用.方法经口服给予小鼠不同剂量的艾舍尔软胶囊50 d后,通过小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验、迟发型变态反应实验、NK细胞活性测定、小鼠碳廓清实验、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验等检测艾舍尔软胶囊对特异性和非特异性细胞免疫的影响;测定血清溶血素和抗体生成细胞数,观察艾舍尔软胶囊对体液免疫的影响;测量小鼠的体重及脾脏、胸腺免疫器官重量,评价艾舍尔软胶囊对小鼠体重和免疫器官重量的影响.结果艾舍尔软胶囊各剂量组小鼠的淋巴细胞转化能力、抗体生成细胞数均高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组左右耳片重量差值、抗体积数均高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、中剂量组NK细胞活性高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论艾舍尔软胶囊能促进小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖、转化,提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平以及小鼠NK细胞活性的作用,具有增强免疫力的作用. Objective To investigate the immunity-enhancement capability of the Acer capsule in mice. Methods To evaluate the capability of the Aeer capsule in enhancing the special and non-special cell immunity, lymphocyte transformation test, delayed allergy test, cytoactive test of NK cells, carbon clearance test and the test of peritoneal macrophage phagocytize chicken red blood cells were used after mice were administrated with different dose of capsule 50 days by oral. The blood-serum erythrocytolysin and the number of the antibody-producing cells were detected to evaluate the humoral immunity enhancement capability of Acer capsule. The whole weight of the mice, the weight of the spleen and the thoracic gland were weighed to evaluate the influence of Acer capsule on the weight of the mice and their immune organs. Results The ability of lymphocyte transformation of the capsule and the number of the antibody-producing cells in all test groups was higher than the negative control group, the difference had significance (P 〈 0.05). There were significant difference of the left and right ear weight and the antibody numbers between the high-dose group and the negative control group (P 〈 0.05). The difference of the activity of NK cells also existed in the high and medium dose group compared with the negative control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The Acer capsule could promote the proliferation and transformation of the spleen-lymphocyte, raise the number of the antibody-producing ceils and the level of blood-serum erythrocytolysin, and increase the activity of NK cells. All data indicate that the Acer capsule has the capability of enhancing immunity.
