摘要
目的:分析用通窍活血汤对接受颅脑外伤手术的患者进行辅助治疗的效果。方法:将2017年1月至2019年2月期间在四川省攀枝花市中心医院接受手术治疗的90例脑外伤患者作为研究对象。将这90例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有45例患者。对两组患者均进行手术治疗及常规肢体功能和认知功能康复训练指导。在此基础上,对对照组患者加用针刺疗法进行治疗,对观察组患者加用通窍活血汤进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)的评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定法(FMA)的评分及Barthel指数评定量表的评分。结果:接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者NIHISS的评分更低,其FMA的评分及Barthel指数的评分均更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用通窍活血汤对接受颅脑外伤手术的患者进行辅助治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其神经功能及日常生活能力。
Objective:To analyze the effect of tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the adjuvant treatment of patients undergoing craniocerebral trauma surgery.Methods:A total of 90 patients with traumatic brain injury who received surgical treatment in The Central Hospital of Panzhihua,Sichuan Province from January 2017 to February 2019 were studied.The 90 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group.Both groups of patients received surgical treatment and conventional rehabilitation and cognitive function training guidance.On this basis,the patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Tongqiao huoxue Decoction.Then,the scores of NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and Barthel Index rating Scale were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had a lower NIHISS score,higher FMA score and Barthel index score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction is effective in the adjuvant therapy of patients with craniocerebral trauma,and can effectively improve their neurological function and da ily life ability.
