摘要
目的:探究针灸治疗对颅脑损伤患者运动功能及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2024年1月建瓯市立医院收治的128例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为两组,各64例。对照组采用常规颅脑损伤治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后运动功能[布氏分期(Brunnstrom分期)、Fugl-Meyer评估表(FMA量表)]及生存质量[颅脑损伤患者生活质量量表(QOLIBRI量表)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,两组Brunnstrom分期、FMA量表评分、QOLIBRI量表第一部分评分均高于治疗前,且观察组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,两组QOLIBRI量表第二部分评分低于治疗前,且观察组QOLIBRI量表第二部分评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗在颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果较好,可显著改善患者的运动功能及生存质量。
Objective:To investigate the influence of acupuncture treatment for motor function and life quality of patients with craniocerebral injury.Method:A total of 128 patients with craniocerebral injury in Jian’ou Municipal Hospital from March 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups by the random number table,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment for craniocerebral injury.The observation group was treated with acupuncture treatment on the basic of the control group.The therapeutic effect,motor function[Brunnstrom stages,Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA scale)]and life quality[quality of life after traumatic injury(QOLIBRI scale)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,Brunnstrom stage,FMA scale score and the first part of the QOLIBRI scale scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the second part of the QOLIBRI scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the second part of the QOLIBRI scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of acupuncture treatment in the patients with craniocerebral injury is better,and it can significantly improve the motor function and life quality of patients.
