摘要
目的:探讨并分析用桃红四物汤对接受手术后的老年髋部骨折患者进行治疗对预防其发生下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的效果。方法:将近年来在犍为县中医医院进行手术治疗的72例老年髋部骨折患者随机分为桃红四物汤组(THSWD组,n=36)与常规治疗组(RT组,n=36)。术后,对两组患者均进行常规的抗凝治疗,在此基础上用桃红四物汤对THSWD组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者大腿的周径差、小腿的周径差、血红蛋白的水平、血小板计数及其DVT的发生率。结果:用药后,THSWD组患者大腿的周径差和小腿的周径差均小于RT组患者,其血小板计数和DVT的发生率低于RT组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对老年髋部骨折患者进行手术后,用桃红四物汤对其进行治疗能显著降低其DVT的发生率。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of taohong Siwu Decoction on the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly patients with hip fracture after surgery.Methods:in recent years,72 elderly patients with hip fractures treated by surgery in China Medicine Hospital of Weiwei County were randomly divided into two groups:peach Blossom Siwu Decoction group(THSWD group,n=36)and conventional treatment group(RT group,n=36).After surgery,routine anticoagulant therapy was performed in both groups.On this basis,patients in THSWD group were treated with peach red Siwu decoction.Then,the circumference difference of thigh,leg,hemoglobin level,platelet count and incidence of DVT were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the peripheral diameters of thigh and leg in THSWD group were both smaller than those in RT group,and the incidence of platelet count and DVT was lower than that in RT group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of DVT in elderly patients with hip fracture can be significantly reduced by treating them with Peach Blossom Siwu Decoction.
