摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在提高流动性肺结核患者治疗依从性中的应用效果。方法:将2019年1月至6月期间在山东省济宁市第一人民医院接受治疗的54例流动性肺结核患者作为研究对象。将这54例患者分为对照组(n=27)和观察组(n=27)。对两组患者均采用常规的抗结核方案进行治疗。在此期间,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行循证护理。然后,比较两组患者对治疗的依从率。结果:治护后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者对治疗的总依从率更高,P<0.05。结论:循证护理在提高流动性肺结核患者治疗依从性中的应用效果较好,可有效地建立良好的护患关系,提高患者治疗疾病的积极性。
Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in improving the treatment compliance of patients with mobile tuberculosis.Methods:54 patients with mobile tuberculosis treated in Jining First People’s Hospital,Shandong province from January to June 2019 were studied.The 54 patients were divided into control group(n=27)and observation group(n=27).Both groups were treated with a conventional antituberculosis regimen.During this period,routine care was given to patients in the control group and evidence-based nursing was given to patients in the observation group.Then,the adherence rates of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total compliance rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of evidence-based nursing in improving the treatment compliance of patients with mobile tuberculosis is good,can effectively establish a good nurse-patient relationship,improve the enthusiasm of patients to treat the disease.
