Objective To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in young and middle-aged replantation of severed finger patients. Methods 62 cases of the young and middle-aged replantation of severed finger patients patients in the 81st Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group of 31 cases, the control group was given conventional nursing care, the study group was giv- en evidence-based nuising intervention, vascular crisis incidence, survival rate of replantation of severed finger patients and HAMA score were compared between the two groups. Results The control group for finger survival rate was 72.7%, and 97.1% of the study group, the difference had statistical significance between the two groups (X^2 = 3.87, P 〈 0.05). The vascular crisis was 24.2% in the control group, and significantly higher than that of the study group (8.57%), the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). The study group given evidence-based nursing intervention of the patients after HAMA score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The young and mid- dle-aged patients with replantation of severed finger patients of evidence-based nursing intervention, can alleviate patients with anxiety, depression, reduce the incidence of the patients with vascular crisis and improve the survival rate of replantation of severed finger.
