摘要
在物流成本课堂教学管理中,运用管理学经典的质量管理方法PDCA循环法,教师引导学生主动参与课堂教学管理。通过分实验组和对照组两组独立样本T检验对比分析,实验组课堂的实训作业完成经验分和期末考试成绩均显著优于对照组。PDCA循环能够有效提高课堂教学管理的效果,且学生成绩显著提高。在提高学生的学习积极性的同时,有效提高教师综合执教能力,实现整体教学质量管理提高的目的。
In the classroom teaching management of the course in Logistics Cost,the classic quality management method of PDCA cycle method is used to guide students to actively participate in classroom teaching management.Through the comparative analysis of the T test of the independent samples of the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group’s experience scores and final exam scores for the classroom training are significantly better than the control group.PDCA cycle can effectively improve the effect of classroom teaching management of this course,and students’ performance is significantly improved.While improving students’ learning enthusiasm,it can effectively improve teachers’ comprehensive teaching ability and achieve the purpose of improving the overall teaching quality management.
