摘要 基于应用型人才培养目标及企业对数控技能人才的需求,紧密围绕数控技能培养制定数控技术专业人才培养方案。从基础教学、技能提升、技能综合应用三个环节层层递进介绍数控技能培养的课程教学过程。实践证明,在数控编程教学过程中,以项目教学法为主导,灵活应用数控仿真软件和MASterCAM软件可以激发学生学习兴趣和主动性,提高学生的数控编程与操作的实践技能。 Based on the goal of application-oriented talents cultivation and the demand of enterprises for talents with numerical control skills,focusing closely on the training of numerical control skills,the training program of numerical control technology professionals is worked out in our college.This paper introduces the teaching process of numerical control skill training from three steps of basic teaching,skill promotion and skill comprehensive application.The practice proves that in the teaching process of NC programming,the flexible application of NC simulation software and MASterCAM software which takes project teaching method as the leading way,can effectively stimulate students’ learning interest and initiative at different levels of learning ability,and improve the students’ practical skills of NC programming and operation.
