摘要 该文旨在说明,成都大学法学院定位于建设法治成都人才储备库,依托校外实践教学基地,不断完善"双导师制"实践教学模式,定位于培养能够独立解决社会实际纠纷的依法为当事人服务的社会法治人才,为建设法治成都作人才储备。克服教学硬件设施配套不足的困难,探索教学方式创新,创立并完善劳动与社会保障法法律诊所,检验理论知识,训练法律实务能力,融合校内外法治资源,阶梯式孵化优秀法学实践型教师队伍。 Law School of Chengdu University is positioned to build a talent pool of Chengdu under the rule of law. Relying on the off-campus practice teaching base, it constantly improves the practical teaching model of "double tutorial system", and it is positioned to cultivate social legal talents who can independently solve social practical disputes and serve the parties according to the law, so as to build a talent reserve for Chengdu under the rule of law. In order to overcome the difficulties of inadequate teaching hardware and facilities, it is necessary to explore teaching methods innovation, establish and improve legal clinics based on labor and social security law, test theoretical knowledge, train legal practice ability, integrate legal resources inside and outside the school, and gradually construct excellent law practice-oriented teachers.
