摘要
目的:采用固体分散体技术改善白藜芦醇的溶出情况。方法:利用溶剂-熔融法制备白藜芦醇固体分散体,以溶出度为评价指标,考察载体种类、药物与载体的质量比、无水乙醇量,优化白藜芦醇固体分散体的处方。结果:白藜芦醇固体分散体的最优处方为:载体材料聚维酮K30,药载比1:9,乙醇量15ml,所得白藜芦醇固体分散体的溶出度为72.49%。结论:该工艺方法简便可行,可改善白藜芦醇的溶出情况。
Purpose:The solid dispersion of resveratrol was prepared and its dissoluti-on was improved.Method:Solvent-melt method was used to prepare resveratrol solid dispersion,and the dissolution was used as the evaluation index to investigate the type of carrier,the mass ratio of drug to carrier,and the amount of anhydrous ethanol to optimize the prescription of resveratrol solid dispersion.Result:The optimal formulation for the preparation of resveratrol solid dispersion is as follows:the carrier material is povidone K30,the drug loading ratio is 1:9,and the amount of ethanol is 15 ml.Under this formulation,the dissolution of resveratrol solid dispersion is 72.49%.Conclusion:This method is simple and feasible,and can improve the dissolution of resveratrol.
