摘要
目的评价品管圈管理对降低玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后体位缺陷的效果。方法选择2018年1月~2019年1月我院的玻璃体切割联合硅油填充手术患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组40例。实验组采用品管圈管理法,对照组采用基础管理法,分析两组的体位缺陷发生率、不良体位原因的发生率、并发症、满意度。结果实验组的体位缺陷发生率、不良体位原因的发生率、并发症低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的满意度低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体切割联合硅油填充手术后,采用品管圈管理法,有助于降低体位缺陷的发生率,应用的效果良好,可见此次所采用的品管圈管理法具有推广优势。
Objective To evaluate the effect of quality control circle management on reducing postural defects after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade.Methods 80 patients undergoing vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into study group and control group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group used the quality control circle management method,while the control group used the basic management method.The incidence of postural defects,the incidence of poor posture causes,complications,and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postural defects,the incidence of poor postural causes,and complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade,the use of the quality control circle management method can help reduce the incidence of postural defects with good effects.It can be seen that the quality control circle management method used in this study has promotion advantages.
