摘要
目的探讨品管圈提高眼科住院患者满意度的效果。方法选取我院眼科于2017年12月—2018年12月收治的100例眼科疾病患者作为研究对象,数字法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规眼科体检护理的方式,研究组实施品管圈护理干预模式。干预后,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果护理干预后,研究组患者的护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.162,P <0.05)。结论应用品管圈可以明显提高眼科患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on improving the satisfaction of ophthalmological inpatients.Methods A total of 100 patients with ophthalmologic diseases admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.The digital method was randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional ophthalmology physical examination and nursing method,and the research group was given the quality control circle nursing intervention mode.After one month of nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group of 78.00%,the difference was statistically significant (χ^2 = 7.162,P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle can significantly improve the satisfaction of ophthalmic patients,and can improve the mastery of patients' health knowledge.
