摘要
目的探讨中医辨证治疗缓慢型心律失常的临床疗效。方法将2017年12月~2019年8月我院收治的114例缓慢型心律失常患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=57)与试验组(n=57),对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组采用中医辨证治疗,对患者的临床治疗总有效率情况、治疗前及治疗1个月后的平均心率情况、静息平均心率情况、最慢心率情况及满意度情况、不良反应发生情况进行观察。结果与治疗前比较,治疗1个月后试验组的平均心率、静息平均心率、最慢心率明显提升,并且试验组的临床治疗总有效率与满意度明显较高,不良反应发生率明显较低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗缓慢型心律失常具有显著效果,不仅能够提升心率、临床治疗总有效率与满意度,同时能够降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment on bradyarrhythmia.Methods 114 patients with bradyarrhythmia admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=57)and the experimental group(n=57)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation.The overall response rate of clinical treatment,average heart rate,average resting heart rate,slowest heart rate and satisfaction before treatment and 1 month after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions of patients were observed.Results Compared with those before treatment,the average heart rate,average resting heart rate,and slowest heart rate in the experimental group increased significantly after 1 month of treatment,and the overall response rate of clinical treatment and satisfaction were significantly higher in the experimental group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the control group.Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on bradyarrhythmia has a significant effect,which can not only improve the heart rate,overall response rate of clinical treatment and satisfaction,but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions at the same time.
