摘要
目的探讨参仙升脉口服液(红参、淫羊藿、补骨脂、枸杞子、麻黄、细辛、丹参和水蛭)治疗病态窦房结综合征(SSS)窦性心动过缓的疗效与安全性。方法将60例SSS窦性心动过缓患者随机分为实验组(n=30例)和对照组(n=30例),实验组用参仙升脉口服液,20 mL/次,3次/d;对照组口服氨茶碱,0.1 g/次,3次/d,均治疗4周。于治疗前、后行心电图、24 h动态心电图、窦房结恢复时间(SNRT)、窦房传导时间(SACT)检查,观察疗效与副反应。结果实验组与对照组的总有效率分别为93.3%和70.0%(P<0.05);对照组治疗后最小心率、平均心率、SNRT、SACT与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后最小心率、平均心率、SNRT、SACT与治疗前比较,以及与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 参仙升脉口服液治疗SSS窦性心动过缓疗效好、安全性高,有一定的临床应用价值。
AIM To explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid(Ginseng rubra Radix et Rhizoma,Epimedii Herba,Psoraleae Fructus,Lycii Fructus,Ephedrae Herba,Asari Herba,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Hirudo) on sinus bradycardiac patients with sick sinus syndrome.METHODS Sixty patients with sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.Thirty patients in experimental group took Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid(20 mL,tid) for 4 weeks.The other thirty patients in control group took orally aminophylline(0.1 g,tid) for 4 weeks.ECG,Holter,sinus node recovery time(SNRT),and sinoatrial conduction time(SACT) were analyzed by observing therapeutic effect and subsidiary reaction before and after the treatment.RESULTS The total effective rate in the experimental group and control group was 93.3% and 70.0%,respectively(P0.05).Compared with before the treatment,the improvement in the minimum heart rate,average heart rate,SNRT and SACT after the treatment in the control group was of statistics significance(P0.05).Compared with before the treatment in the experimental group and after the treatment in the control group,the improvement in the minimum heart rate,average heart rate,SNRT and SACT after the treatment in the experimental group was of statistics significance(P0.01,P0.05).CONCLUSION Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid has a curative effect on sinus bradycardiac patients with sick sinus syndrome and is a much safer method and practical application.
