摘要
以偏钒酸钠、乙酸钙为原料,柠檬酸和PVP为形貌控制剂,采用乙二醇-水双溶剂热法制备花簇状钒酸钙微球。探讨溶剂配比、反应温度及保温时间对微球形貌的影响,对花簇状钒酸钙微球的生长机理进行了研究。结果表明,当乙二醇与去离子水的体积比为4∶3时,花簇状钒酸钙的形貌最完整、比表面积最大;随着反应时间的延长,花簇生长越加明显;随着温度的升高,产物的结晶度逐渐增加。同时,用柠檬酸调节前驱体溶液的酸性可有效改善钒酸钙微球在波长范围260~320 nm的紫外吸收性能。
Flower cluster-like calcium vanadate microspheres are prepared by ethylene glycol-water binary-solvent thermal method through using sodium metavanadate and calcium acetate as raw materials,citric acid and PVP as morphological control agents.The effects of solvent ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the microsphere morphology are investigated,and the growth mechanism of flower cluster-like calcium vanadate microspheres is elucidated.The prepared sample has the most complete morphology and the largest specific surface area when the ratio of ethylene glycol to deionized water is 4∶3.More obvious and better growth of flower clusters is shown for longer reaction time.With the rising temperature,the crystallinity of the product samples increases gradually.In addition,acidity adjustment of the precursor solution with citric acid can effectively improve the absorption ability of the product against ultraviolet at a wavelength range of 260-320 nm.
