摘要 本文在深入研究分析热裂切割玻璃过程中的声发射检测应用过程中,融入了激光诱导技术,在激光诱导热裂切割玻璃过程中,激光器噪声的幅值比较小,且在整个频带范围内均匀分布,声发射信号噪声幅值非常小,且频率低于50 kHz。声发射信号的Gabor时频分析和SPWD时频分析表明,主频段在1.61 MHa左右会产生的声发射信号。正常裂纹扩展和裂纹故障点时频分布表现为1.61 MHz左右的主频段,且会出现波包峰值的声发射信号。激光诱导热裂切割玻璃的声发射信号实际声发射源到传感器距离和计算结果非常接近,误差不高于2.92%,这表明,激光诱导热裂切割玻璃的声发射技术能实时准确的对裂纹扩展的状态进行监测。 Based on laser induction,the application of acoustic emission detection in the process of thermal cracking glass cutting isstudied in this paper.In the process of laser induced thermal cracking glass cutting,the amplitude of laser noise is relatively small and uniformly distributed in the whole frequency band.The amplitude of acoustic emission signal noise is very small,and the frequency is less than 50 kHz.Gabor time-frequency analysis and SPWD time-frequency analysis of acoustic emission signal show that the main frequency band will produce acoustic emission signal at about 1.61 MHz.In normal crack propagation and time-frequency distribution of crack failure point,the main frequency band is about 1.61 MHz,and appears at the peak of acoustic emission signal wave packet when the acoustic emission signal changes most dramatically.Acoustic emission signals of laser-induced thermal cracking cutting glass are very close to the actual distance between the source of acoustic emission and the sensor,and the error is no more than 2.92%.This indicates that the acoustic emission technology of laser-induced thermal cracking cutting glass can monitor the crack propagation in real time and accurately.
