摘要
首先阐述了采煤工作面的煤尘产生原因及其危害,分析了治理工作面粉尘的重要意义;然后介绍了煤层注水、湿式凿岩和水封爆破等减尘方法,采煤机内外喷雾、破碎系统降尘、风流净化水幕降尘、液压支架架间喷雾等降尘措施,以及个体防护措施;最后针对防尘管理的现状提出了建议。
Firstly the paper analyzes the generation and hazard of coal dust,and the significance of coal dust control in coal mining face,then introduces the dust reduction measures including water-injection in coal seam,wet drilling of rock and water infusion blasting; the dust settlement methods including atomization inside and outside of the coal cutter,dust settling of crushing system and air flow water curtain purification,and atomization between hydraulic support; as well as individual protection measures.Finally,the suggestion is proposed aiming at the current situation of dust control management.
