摘要
在开展扶贫攻坚工作中,如何使农村基层党支部“活”起来、“强”起来、“能”起来,真正成为带领农民实现脱贫致富的“主心骨”和“引路人”,实现扶贫攻坚与基层党建“双推进”的良好局面成为迫切需要解决的现实问题。本文通过对附属医院与扶贫联系点农村基层党组织的党建共建方面进行了初步的实践探索,提出还需要在整体谋划、创新形式、改进作风实践上下功夫,从而构建起以党建为核心,形成机关带基层、基层促机关的城乡区域化党建工作新格局。
In carrying out poverty alleviation work,how to make the rural grass-roots party branches“live”,“strengthen”and“enable”to truly become the“main backbone”and“leader”to lead farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich,and achieve the good situation of“double promotion”of poverty alleviation and grassroots party building has become a real problem that urgently needs to be resolved.This article has conducted preliminary practical exploration on the party building and co-construction between the affiliated hospital and the rural party organization of the poverty alleviation contact point,and put forward the need to work hard on overall planning,innovative forms,and improved style practice,so as to form a new situation of urban and rural regional party construction work where party building is the core,organs lead the grassroots,and grassroots promote organs。
