可可盖煤矿主副斜井TBM选型实践 被引量:9

摘要 世界上采用盾构机施工地铁、隧道等工程实例较多,但施工煤矿斜井实例相对较少。针对陕西榆横矿区北区可可盖煤矿大坡度、长距离、大埋深、含水复杂地层主副斜井井筒工程施工,结合可可盖煤矿井筒设计、矿井工程地质和水文地质条件,分析了TBM掘进性能、支护速度、掘进速度、安全性、应急处理的灵活性等在可可盖煤矿井筒工程中的适应性。结果表明:TBM施工主副斜井施工工艺技术可行,并确定选用带EPB模式的双模单护盾TBM,确保井筒施工过程的安全和质量,对推动煤矿建井技术升级、促进我国西部地区中深部煤炭资源开发具有重大意义。 In the world,there are many cases of shield machine construction of subway,tunnel and other projects,while there are relatively few cases of inclined shaft construction by shield machine in coal mine.According to the construction of the main and auxiliary inclined shafts in the complex stratum with large slope,long distance,large buried depth and rich water in Kekegai coal mine of Yuheng mining area,combined with the shaft design,the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of the coal mine,the adaptability of TBM equipment’s performance,support speed,excavation speed,safety and emergency treatment in the mine shaft construction is analyzed.The results show that it is feasible to use TBM to construct the main and auxiliary inclined shafts,and choose the double mode single shield TBM with EPB mode to ensure the safety and quality of the shaft construction process,which is of great significance to promote the upgrading of the mine construction technology and the development of the deep and middle coal resources in western China.
