摘要
在构建全球命运共同体的时代背景下,国际交流与合作成为中国大学的"第五大功能"。"一带一路"倡议也为西部应用型高校的发展提供了契机。在对西部应用型高校的发展背景和定位阐释的基础上,从丰富资源、多元文化、经济发展水平、区域交通、"一带一路"倡议等方面对西部应用型大学发挥国际交流合作功能进行了SWOT分析,并提出了优势强化策略、扭转型策略、竞争型策略以及合作型战略,以更好地发挥西部应用型高校的国际交流合作功能,实现稳健发展。
Under the background of building a global community of shared destiny, international exchanges and cooperation have become the "fifth major function" of Chinese universities. The Belt and Road initiative also provides a good opportunity for the development of applied universities in western China. The SWOT analysis of the western universities of applied type has been carried out in the light of the development background and positioning of the applied universities in western China. This paper put forward the strategies for better application. We should give full play to the function of international exchange and cooperation of application-oriented universities in western China, and achieve steady development.
