大数据时代高职院校治理的逻辑与模式建构 被引量:8

The Logic and Model Construction of Higher Vocational College’s Governance in the Era of Big Data

摘要 教育信息化和大数据技术的发展为推进高职院校治理体系和治理能力的现代化提供了新的契机,高职院校治理困境凸显了大数据对于内外部主体信息共享、诉求表达、自主治理推进具有独特优势。在一个完整的高职院校大数据治理框架中,大数据主要来源于政策开放数据、实践过程数据和治理反馈数据三个维度,以共享、开放、科学为原则,以统一的标准和智能化的技术为路径进行数据处理,不断消解数据治理僵化、碎片化和不精准等问题。高职院校大数据治理应形成数据获取、治理和保障三个相互关联的子系统,刻画出完整的高职院校大数据治理运行模式。 The development of education informatization and big data technology provides a new opportunity to promote the modernization of higher vocational college’ governance system and governance capacity. Higher vocational college’ governance dilemma highlights that big data has unique advantages for internal and external subject information sharing, expression of demands, and self-governance promotion. In a complete big data governance framework for vocational college, big data mainly comes from policy open data, practice process data and governance feedback data. Data processing is based on the principles of sharing, openness, and science, unified standards and intelligent technology as the path, and constantly eliminates the problems of rigidity, fragmentation,and inaccuracy in data governance. The governance of higher vocational college through big data should form three interrelated subsystems of data acquisition, governance and guarantee, so as to describe a complete operation mode of governance in higher vocational colleges through big data.
