摘要
依达拉奉合成是药物化学实验教材中的一个重要实验。本文针对这一实验在实际教学过程中发现的一些问题进行了研究与分析,通过实验改造使得整个实验方案更为有效,更适合对药学专业学生教学中应用。
The synthesis of Edaravone is one of the most important practical works in medicinal chemistry laboratory course.In this paper,the problems appeared in the synthesis of Edaravone course were discovered and analyzed.The experiments were conducted to make the whole reaction scheme run in a smooth and efficient way.This modified synthesis method is more suitable for those pharmacy undergraduates.
