气相色谱法同步测定饲料中的4种香味物质 被引量:6

Simultaneous determination of four flavor compounds in feed by gas chromatography

摘要 建立了用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(gas chromatography-flame ionization ditector,GC-FID)同时测定饲料样品中香芹酚、百里香酚、丁香酚、肉桂醛等4种香味物质含量的分析方法。通过对样品前处理方法和色谱分离条件进行优化,确立了较优的检测方法。饲料样品先经去离子水润湿,加入乙醇超声提取2次,提取溶液合并后定容,得到的样品溶液使用HP-Innowax毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)进行分离测定。基于该法对不同饲料样品进行测定,4种香味剂在15 min内可实现基线分离,在1.0~500μg/ml时线性关系良好(R2≥0.999),定量限为20 mg/kg,平均回收率为75.9%~108.5%,RSD≤8.1%。通过对实际样品分析,并将结果与现有文献报道方法比较,发现所建立的方法操作简单,结果准确可靠,灵敏度高,可对饲料香味剂产品进行质量评价。 An analytical method for simultaneous determination of carvacrol,thymol,eugenol,and cin⁃namaldehyde in feed by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector(GC-FID)was estab⁃lished.The optimization of sample pretreatment and chromatographic separation condition were stud⁃ied,respectively.The samples were wetted with water and extracted twice by using ethanol with ultra⁃sonic extraction.The obtained solution was separated and determined quantitatively by GC combined with a HP-Innowax GC column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm).Based on these methods,different feed samples were tested and it was found that the four flavor compounds achieved baseline separation in 15 min.Good linearity was obtained in the ranges of 1.0μg/ml to 500μg/ml,with linear coeffi⁃cients(R2)higher than 0.999.The limits of quantification(LOQ)was 20 mg/kg,Average recoveries from the fortification samples ranged between 75.9%and 108.5%,with relative standard deviations(RSD)lower than 8.1%.Through the actual sample detection and comparison of the results with the ex⁃isting methods reported in the literature,this method is simple,sensitive,and accurate.In this paper,simultaneous determination of a variety of flavor components in feeds by gas chromatography can pro⁃vide fast and efficient quality control of feed scenting agent products.
