摘要
姜黄素类化合物是从传统的姜黄、药郁金、莪术等姜科植物中提取的,具有生物活性的多酚类物质,是一种具有广阔的开发应用价值的天然饲料添加剂。研究表明,姜黄素类化合物对畜禽具有抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、调节脂质代谢、保护肝脏、改善肉品质及减缓霉菌毒素对动物机体的损伤等作用。本文对姜黄素类化合物的生物学特性、作用机理以及在家禽生产中的应用效果进行综述,以期能为姜黄类化合物在家禽生产中的应用和研究提供理论依据。
Curcumin compounds are extracted from traditional Chinese medicine,including curcuma,curcuma aromatica,curcuma zedoary and other ginger plants.These compounds are biologically active polyphenols.They are regarded as a kind of natural feed additives with broad development and applica⁃tion value.Studies shows that curcumin compounds have anti-inflammatory,bacteriostatic,anti-tumor,anti-oxidant,lipid metabolism regulation,liver protection,meat quality improvement,and slow down mycotoxin damage to animal bodies.This paper reviews the biological characteristics,mechanism of ac⁃tion and application effects of curcumin compounds in poultry production,in order to provide theoreti⁃cal basis for the application and research of curcumin compounds in poultry production.
