摘要
目的探讨中医护理方案联合缩唇式腹式呼吸操锻炼对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血气指标的影响。方法抽取2014年7月-2018年12月收治的COPD患者60例,将其随机划分为2组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医护理方案联合缩唇式腹式呼吸操锻炼,对比2组血气指标[血氧饱和度(SaO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)]及肺功能[1 s呼气容积(FEV1)、最大通气量(MVV)及1s呼气容积/用力呼气量(FEV1/FVC)]。结果干预后,2组SaO2、PaO2、FEV1、MVV、FEV1/FVC水平高于干预前,PaCO2低于干预前,且观察组各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COPD患者采用中医护理方案联合缩唇式腹式呼吸操锻炼效果确切,有利于调节血气指标,改善肺功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program combined with labial abdominal breathing exercise on blood gas index in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods 60 COPD patients from July 2014 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,the routine nursing was carried out.In the observation group,the traditional Chinese medicine nursing program combined with labial abdominal breathing exercise was carried out.The blood gas indexes[oxygen saturation(SaO2),partial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2),partial pressure of arterial blood carbon dioxide(PaCO2)]and pulmonary work ability[1 s expiratory volume(FEV1),maximum ventilation volume(MVV),and 1 s expiratory volume/forced exhalation volume(FEV1/FVC)]of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of SaO2,PaO2,(FEV1,MVV,FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than before intervention,PaO2 was lower than before intervention,and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing program combined with labial abdominal breathing exercise is helpful to regulate the blood gas index and improve the lung function of COPD patients.
