摘要
目的系统性评价中药古方茵陈蒿汤联合替吉奥治疗晚期胰腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年11月-2019年11月收治的晚期胰腺癌患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组30例采用替吉奥胶囊口服,试验组30例在对照组的基础上应用中药茵陈蒿汤加减口服,应用2周期,观察2组患者的疾病控制率(OCR)及(KPS)评分,评价疗效情况。结果试验组患者的肿瘤控制率为40%,高于对照组的20%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组KPS评分为(89.52±12.25)分,对照组为(81.5±14.14)分,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茵陈蒿汤加减联合替吉奥治疗晚期胰腺癌患者可以稳定患者肿瘤情况,提高患者体力状态评分,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yinchenhao decoction combined with Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Potassium capsules in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods From November 2016 to November 2019,60 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the experimental group.The control group was given Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Potassium capsules.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the experimental group were treated with Yinchenhao decoction oral administration for two periods.The disease control rate(OCR)and KPS scores were observed.The curative effect was evaluated.Results The tumor control rate was 40%in the experimental group and 20%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yinchenhao decoction and Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Potassium capsules in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer can stabilize the tumor situation and improve the score of physical state of patients,which is worthy of wide application.
