摘要
本文报道1例晚期胰腺癌顽固性腹痛患者,经腹腔神经丛毁损治疗后,腹痛得到明显缓解,镇痛药物的使用量减少,生活质量得到明显提升。总结其治疗经验,并复习文献,供临床医生参考。
This paper reported that one advanced pancreatic cancer patient with refractory abdominal pain was significantly relieved by neurolytic celiac plexus block,meanwhile the dose of analgesics was reduced,and the quality of life was significantly improved.The experiences of diagnosis and treatment for such situation were summarized with literature review in order to provide references for clinicians.
