摘要
急性阑尾炎是临床常见病证,属中医学"肠痈"的范畴,临床辨证分型一般有气滞血瘀、瘀滞化热、热毒炽盛三型,传统治疗方法多以通里攻下、清热解毒、活血消痈为主,常两法或数法合用,张厚东教授认为气滞痰阻血瘀是其基本病机,并提出了理气化痰活血的基本治法,以自拟阑尾通冲剂为基础方加减化裁,临床取得良好疗效。
Acute appendicitis is a common disease symptom of clinical,and it belongs to the category of intestinal carbuncle in traditional Chinese medicine,clinical syndrome differentiation type general stagnation of qi and blood stasis,stagnation and heat,fire-toxicity three types.The traditional treatment methods are usually clearing interior and purgation,clearing heat-toxicity,promoting blood circulation for eliminating carbuncles based,often two or several methods combined.Professor Zhang Houdong believes that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is qi stagnation,phlegm blocking and blood stasis,which should be treated with regulating qi and promoting phlegm for invigorate the circulation of blood,and Lanweitong granules was used as the basic prescription,and the clinical curative effect is satisfactory.
