摘要
改革开放以来,我国学校法治教育进步显著,社会各界对法治教育研究关注度热情高涨,逐步成为学校思想政治教育研究中的热点和焦点之一。文章借助文献计量学视角,选择中国知网CNKI数据库在1979-2019年之间关于"学校法治教育"为议题的各类文献资料作为分析样本,运用文献计量法对期刊论文等文献进行计量分析,全面归纳与展望改革开放以来学校法治教育研究的发展历程、宏观趋势以及研究热点变化等。本研究显示研究内容详实丰富、国外借鉴比较多,但是也存在研究队伍协作性有限、研究方法实践性缺乏、研究对象覆盖面缺乏、研究时机时效性不强和研究内容整体性欠缺等短板;因此,学校法治教育研究亟需从博古通今、善辨良莠、理论实践、同心并力、问题意识、目标管理等方面入手来指导实践。
Since the reform and opening up,the school rule of law education has made remarkable progress in our country,and people from all walks of life have paid great attention to the study of rule of law education,which has gradually become one of the hot spots and focuses in the study of school ideological and political education.From the perspective of bibliometrics,this paper chooses all kinds of documents and materials on the topic of"school rule of law education"from 1978 to 2019 in CNKI database of China How Net as the analysis sample,makes quantitative analysis of periodical papers and other documents by using Bibliometrics,and comprehensively summarizes and prospects the development course,macro trend,research hotspot changes,etc.of school rule of law education since the reform and opening up.This study shows that the content of the study is detailed and rich,and there are many foreign references,but there are also some shortcomings,such as limited collaboration of research teams,lack of practical research methods,lack of coverage of research objects,lack of time-effectiveness of research opportunities and lack of integrity of research contents.Therefore,the study of school rule of law education urgently needs to be broad-minded,good discrimination,theoretical practice,concerted efforts and problems consciousness,goal management and other aspects to guide practice.
