摘要
图书馆知识服务是知识生态系统极其重要的组成部分,其转型升级直接影响到国家的知识创新战略。行业环境、技术进步、资源变化与创新需求迫切要求图书馆加快服务转型,构建重视动态服务、系统服务、人本服务和流程服务的生态体系。图书馆应当切实担负知识生态服务的功能与使命,诸如推动业态融合探索全域服务、注重知识集成提供专项服务、依托空间再造重塑空间服务、开展多元活动深化实体服务、完善知识网络助推智慧服务。
Library knowledge service is an important part of knowledge ecosystem,and its transformation and upgrading affect directly the national knowledge innovation strategy.Under the impact of industry environment,technological progress,resource change and innovation demand,libraries must speed up service transformation and build an ecological system that attaches great importance to dynamic service,system service,human-oriented service and process service.Also,libraries should take on the function and mission of knowledge ecological service,such as promoting the integration of business forms and exploring the whole service,paying attention to the integration of knowledge to provide special service,relying on space reconstruction to rebuild space service,carrying out multiple activities to deepen entity service,improving knowledge network to promote intelligent service.
