摘要
提高学生科学素养和培育创新思维是创新型人才培养的重要环节。本文通过介绍美国希望之城国家医疗研究中心的暑假学生科研项目申请与录取、培养方式和管理模式,并结合笔者自身的感受与体会以及国内暑假学生科研实践项目的现状,为今后国内高校开展暑假学生科研实践项目提供学习和借鉴的有益经验。
Undergraduate summer student research program has a very important role in the national talents training program.The author studied as a visiting scholar in City of Hope National Medical Center for more than one year in USA.By introducing and recruiting students,the study arrangement and teaching pattern were analyzed.The importance and necessity of professional settings of undergraduate summer student training program were proposed individually,in order to provide valuable experience and reference for the training undergraduate students with Chinese characteristics in the university.
