一种钻井液用环保润滑剂的制备及性能评价 被引量:9

摘要 钻井液是油气钻探过程中必需的多功能工作液,钻井液性能的优劣直接关乎钻井的成败。近年来,钻井过程中的高摩阻扭矩问题日益突出,而加入合适钻井液润滑剂以提高钻井液润滑性能是降摩减阻最有效的技术手段之一。为有效改善高摩阻扭矩工况条件下钻井液润滑性能,室内研选综合性能较优的基础油BBO-2和复合表面活性剂EMA,并通过制备条件优化,制备出了一种钻井液用环保润滑剂QLH-1。实验结果表明:环保型基础油BBO-2荧光级别降低,具有良好的低温流动性和自润滑性;QLH-1流动性较高,室温静置180天后无明显分层,荧光级别仅为1~2级,起泡率低,无生物毒性,且生物可降解性较好。在4%淡水膨润土浆中加入1.5%的QLH-1后,实验浆的润滑系数降低率达到88.64%,可抗温140℃,且与钻井液的配伍性良好。该新型润滑剂QLH-1原材料环保、易获取,制备工艺简单,成本较低廉,具有良好的深入研究及推广应用价值。 Drilling fluid is the necessary multi-functional working fluid during the process of oil & gas drilling. The problem of high friction & torque in the process of drilling is becoming increasingly prominent. Adding appropriate drilling fluid lubricant to improve the lubricating performance of drilling fluid is one of the most effective technical means to reduce friction & drag. Meanwhile,the environmental protection of drilling fluid agents is also gradually concerned. In this paper,basic oil BBO-2 and composite surfactants EMA with better comprehensive performance were researched and selected,and a novel environmental protection lubricant QLH-1 was prepared by optimizing the preparation conditions. The experimental results showed that the BBO-2 had low fluorescence level, good low-temperature fluidity and self-lubrication;QLH-1 had high fluidity,no obvious stratification after 180 days at room temperature,the fluorescence level was only level 2, and the foaming rate was low. When 1.5% QLH-1 was added into 4% fresh water bentonite slurry, the lubricating coefficient of the experimental slurry was reduced by 88.64%,the temperature resistance was 140 ℃, and the compatibility with drilling fluid was good. The novel lubricant QLH-1 has the advantages of environmental protection,simple preparation process, low cost and good in-depth research and application value.
