合成酯在攻丝扭矩试验机的润滑性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用攻丝扭矩试验机(MicroTap)考察了三种合成酯不同含量对润滑性的影响,并同时考察了在7075铝试块和45#钢试块,三种合成酯不同含量对润滑性的影响。结果表明:合成酯能明显改善基础油的润滑性能;在7075铝试块,基础油的润滑性并不随着合成酯添加量的越高而润滑性越好,而是添加到一定范围后润滑性又下降,且三种合成酯在攻丝扭矩试验机测试的润滑性对比结果与四球试验机测试的对比结果相反;在45#钢试块,基础油的润滑性是随着合成酯添加量的增大而润滑性越好;不同含量合成酯的润滑性变化规律与测试块的材质有关。 The effect of different content of three synthetic esters on lubricity was investigated by micro tap. At the same time, the effects of different contents of three kinds of synthetic esters on the lubricity of 7075 aluminum and 45 steel were investigated. The results show that the synthetic ester can obviously improve the lubricating performance of the base oil;In the 7075 aluminum test block, the lubricity of the base oil is not better with the increase of the amount of synthetic ester, but decreased after adding to a certain range, The results of lubrication comparison of three synthetic esters tested by tapping torque tester are opposite to those of four ball tester;In 45 × steel test block, the lubricity of base oil is better with the increase of the amount of synthetic ester;the change rule of lubricity of different content of synthetic ester is related to the material of test block.
