鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司炼铁厂在"双跑赢低成本战略"生产经营理念指导下,通过建立铁前成本控制体系、铁前成本市场分析体系、行业对标体系、铁前工艺操作标准及铁前原燃料质量保证体系,实现了铁前成本与市场联动,促进了高炉原燃料科学评价体系的实施和高炉指标的优化,高炉长周期稳定顺行,生铁成本在国内同行业排名领先。
Under the guidance of the production and management concept of Win to Win in Operation and Low Cost Strategy carried out by Chaoyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. of Ansteel Group Co., Ltd., the reacting in chain in terms of the cost prior to ironmaking and market was achieved by establishing the control system and market analysis system for cost prior to ironmaking, the industry benchmarking system, the operation standard in process prior to ironmaking and the quality assurance system for raw materials and fuels prior to ironmaking. And thus the implementation of the scientific evaluation system for raw materials and fuels was promoted and the indexes for a blast furnace were optimized.
