在建筑工程管理领域,全过程的工程造价对于工程的前期预算及后期施工工作的推进都有着直接影响。对于工程造价合理高效的管控是建筑工程成本控制体系的核心内容,并且会贯穿于一项工程的全过程,包含建筑工程项目的前期投资决策、方案设计、招投标、施工和竣工验收等不同阶段。
In the field of construction engineering management,the whole process engineering cost has a direct impact on the engineering's early budget and the promotion of the late construction work.Reasonable and efficient management and control of engineering cost is the core content of construction engineering cost control system,and it will run through the whole process of a engineering,including different stages of construction engineering project,such as early investment decision-making,scheme design,bidding and tendering,construction and completion acceptance,etc.
