摘要
拉萨市绿色围城建设工程为西藏自治区、拉萨市重点建设项目,由于规模大,社会关注度高,将产生多种社会影响,为从源头上预防、减少和消除影响社会稳定的风险,确保项目的顺利实施,从项目合规性及可行性、项目用地、劳动就业、社会环境风险、施工期生态环境影响等5类13项风险因素进行分析,通过分析工程社会风险属中风险,并提出相应的对策。
Green city in Lhasa was an important project in Tibet,because the project was in large scale and had more social attention,so there were much social effects which were produced in construction process.For preventing and eliminating dangers that affected social stability,the paper analyzed the risk factors such as legal and rational feasibility,land use,employment,social risks,ecological risks in construction period.The results showed that the social risks of green city in Lhasa was in medium.
