师范类生物科学专业教育实践环节教学质量监控体系构建的探索 被引量:1

摘要 强化师范生教育实践和从教基本技能训练是深化教师教育改革,全面提高教师培养质量的重要内容。为有效建立与完善教育实践环节质量监控体系,安徽师范大学生物科学专业近年来开展了教育实践环节教学质量监控体系构建的改革探索。本文对相关改革举措及质量监控体系的构建进行了介绍和论述,并指出教育实践质量监控体系应突出以师生为主体的构建原则才能激发学生的教育实践兴趣,并树立长期从教、终身从教的信念。 Strengthening the educational practice and the training of basic teaching skills of normal university students is an important part of deepening the reform of teacher education and comprehensively improving the quality of teacher training.In order to effectively establish and improve the quality monitoring system of educational practice,bio-science major of Anhui Normal University has carried out the reform and exploration on the construction of the teaching quality monitoring system of educational practice in recent years.This paper introduces and discusses the reform measures and the construction of quality control system.It is pointed out that only by emphasizing the construction principle of teacher-student as the main body can the educational practice interest of students be aroused,and the belief of long-term and lifelong teaching would be established in the mind of normal university students.
