摘要
分析了石油焦的理化特性,确认石油焦是一种极低灰分、低挥发分、高含碳量、高热值的固体燃料。在3 MW-CFB半工业试验台上开展了石油焦燃烧试验,尝试了多种建立灰循环的方法,总结出了合适的添加物料品质和粒度要求。依据ASME pt-2008锅炉效率计算标准计算石油焦燃烧效率;在线监测尾部烟道污染物烟气成分,分析CFB燃烧石油焦污染物排放规律,获取了CFB高效、清洁利用石油焦的技术途径。
The physical and chemical characteristics of petroleum coke are analyzed. It is confirmed that petroleum coke is a solid fuel with very low ash content, low volatility, High carbon content and high calorific value. The combustion test of petroleum coke was carried out on 3 MW-CFB semi-industrial test bench. Various methods of establishing the ash circulation was tried, and the suitable quality and granularity requirement of the added material were summarized. according to the boiler efficiency calculation standard(ASME pt-2008), petroleum coke combustion efficiency was got;through analysising the flue gas composition in tail on-line pollutant emission law of petroleum coke combustion in CFB was achieved, obtain a clean and efficient technology way for using petroleum coke in CFB boiler.
